Salon Maid Software Run-time error 3050 "Could not lock file"

Run-time error 3050 "Could not lock file".
According to Microsoft, this (Windows NT4, 2000 and XP only) error means...
The user does not have the correct permissions in the network file/folder to write.
 
Solution:
Tell your network administrator: in security, in the shared database file for our software, change the user permissions for this file to allow writing for this user.
If you need the name and location of this file, if you don't know it already, this file location will be in your "Main Setup" under "Networking" on the PC where this error occurs.
