The Quick buttons are for quick sales, that do not involve a table, a waiter or printing orders in the kitchen/bar, so they do not attach to a table or a waiter nor do they print orders in the kitchen/bar.
They are meant for concession sales at your check-out counter, for an example, you may sell cookies, cake, chewing gum, floss tips at the check-out counter and you want to ring these up fast and simple.
To have your orders attached to a table, a waiter and print orders in the kitchen/bar, you need to order through the order menu and the order menu buttons.
