Reseller contract for POS Maid, Restaurant Maid and Salon Maid

The potential Reseller has the right to re-sell the right of use of POS Maid, Restaurant Maid and Salon Maid to the end user, if this right of use was previously purchased from Alexandria Computers LLC - the author and sole owner of this software. POS Maid, Restaurant Maid and Salon Maid are original products of ALEXANDRIA COMPUTERS LLC.

All rights reserved to ALEXANDRIA COMPUTERS LLC. By purchasing the right to use this software at reseller's price, the reseller is legally binding to this contract between that reseller and ALEXANDRIA COMPUTERS LLC - the owner of this software. By purchasing a copy or one license of this original software at reseller's price, the reseller is granted the right to sell the right to use this software to their customer[s] (end user[s]). The reseller or the end user are not granted any rights of ownership of this software and this license does not represent a "sale" of this software. Please note that the complete activation of every software instance will be done by the final step of issuing a password to the end user, the only issuer of this password is Alexandria Computers LLC at the request of the reseller for a previously purchased right of use of POS Maid, Restaurant Maid or Salon Maid. Alexandria Computers LLC will not be in contact with the re-seller's end users, Alexandria Computers LLC will provide support and answer questions to the re-seller only, the re-seller will offer their own technical support, if any, to their end user and answer all their questions. Alexandria Computers, LLC is granted the right, by the reseller, to obtain the reseller's business name, website address and logo (from either the reseller or the reseller's website directly) and display this information on the official website of Alexandria Computers, LLC.
